The boutique hotel is trendy and located in a very relaxing area. It offers direct access to the ski lifts, and is conveniently across the street from the skating rink. the units are spacious, well-heated, and have a contemporary decor.

This place offers stylish and contemporary rooms with separate bedrooms, along with the convenience of early check-in and late check-out.

Location

The swimming pool and jacuzzi had dirty water and there were empty beer bottles in the spa area. As a result we did not use any of the spa facilities. There was smoking allowed in the breakfast/dining area at all times.

The apartment was big enough, nice decorated, with a big and well-furnished bathroom. 2 TV sets, one in each room. The heating system was actionable. The meals (breakfast and dinner) have been assorted and tasteful, whilst the prices have been decent (even compared to other locations in the resort). Also, the breakfast time was until 10:30, even till 11:00 in week-ends. Most of all, the jacuzzi from the spa area was very good. It is very well placed for ski-beginners, only 100m away of the easiest slope with tele-ski - Stadion.

The rooms have no balcony. Only one balcony on each floor. (No pleasure for smokers.) Actually, the entire resort seems to be against smokers (no places to smoke, no cigarettes sold). At our floor, something strange happened: an invasion of big flies, as there was a dead animal inside (but no smell!). And the water in the pool was below a decent temperature, except for the Saturday. We had difficulties to pay with a card (one of the POSs was not working) and they had no backup solution, like vocal authorization.

The whole hotel was clean. the staff was extremely helpful and very amiable. the property was in a nice location close to all the good restaurants in Poiana. There was a traditional restaurant nearby. Rewritten review: We had a great time at Rizzo Boutique Hotel. the entire hotel was immaculately clean, and the staff members were incredibly helpful and friendly. the hotel's location was ideal, being close to all the fantastic restaurants in Poiana Brasov. there was a traditional restaurant nearby that added to the charm of the area.

Ne-am simtit excelent. Personalul este impecabil, cele doua fete de la receptie foarte bine pregatite, ospatarul care ne-a servit cat si fetele de la mic dejun au fost foarte serviabili si cele patru "veverite" cameriste mi-au atras atentia ca prin zambete si cuvinte respectuase aduci soarele in camere... vom revenei cu siguranta

La micul dejun am asistat la severitatea unei persoane din conducere probabil care a certat un angajat in fata clientilor. Nu mi-a picat bine si nu e bine sa se repete vreodata aceasta atitudine... in privat seful e foarte indreptatit sa corecteze greselile subalternilor.

The location is fantastic with easy access to all the nearby restaurants, making it a great place for a holiday stay that we would have extended.

Relaxing trendy boutique property with very helpful and caring staff. Free parking nearby provided. - Absolutely perfect and nice location in the center of Poiana Brasov with views over the mountains. - Based right by the forest, in the middle of nature, the ski lift, and ski gondola, across the street from the skating rink and nature. - the hotel of choice in Poiana Brasov.

Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful; location was great with a beautiful view of the mountain, not to mention easy access to the ski hills. Room was tidy and new. Breakfast was tasty.

Definitely its not the hotel which has spa. It doesnt have spa, just indoor pool which is not enough.

The location is magnificent, close to a ski slope and a mountain. the room is tastefully decorated and well heated. the view over the mountains is wonderful. Guests have a safe, mini bar, and central heating at their disposal.

The hotel was modern and clean with caring staff who was on duty at the moment of our check-out. Booked the property for its absolutely perfect and comfortable location close to green areas of hills, mountains and forests, and forest...

They intitulate it spa but they don't have masseur :)))
